As part of our commitment to equality, Transdev Dublin Light Rail Limited ( TDLR) has published its first Ireland Gender Pay Gap report, in accordance with the Irish Government’s criteria. The Irish Government’s Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires organisations with over 250 employees to publish certain information in respect of their gender pay gap.
At TDLR, we are committed to improving a diverse workforce representation through external hiring and internal mobility, and the advancement and retention of diverse employees.
