LUAS REAL-TIME APP 

TDLR know the value of digital communications.

We provide Luas customers with real time customer information via the Luas Web, Luas app and Luas social media channels.
We connect with Ireland’s media to ensure not just Luas Customers are updated about planned and unplanned service disruptions but all Dublin commuters. Customers are provided with information online, and in person, that meets and exceeds their individual needs.


For customers’ safety we also operate a service where customers can report discreetly ASB by texting or by sending a What’s APP to Luas.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Transdev Ireland give Luas passengers the option to pay their Standard Fare Notice (SFN) online. This encourages customers to pay faster in order to avoid penalties. It also means they have the option of paperless payments.
